We ship worldwide to all countries. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the order value and the shipping destination.

 *Delivery is carried out by Swiss Post for small packages and by DHL Express for large packages (e.g., dog beds). You will not incur any additional taxes, customs duties, or fees.

** If delivery is to a non-EU country, additional duties, taxes, or fees may be payable by the customer to the relevant customs or tax authorities. It is recommended that customers check the details with customs or tax authorities before ordering. Shipments to Switzerland are always sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Therefore, no additional fees will apply.

Simply return the goods within 14 days of receipt, unused and in the original packaging, to receive a refund of the purchase price. To process your return, you must register it via our returns portal. Please visit the following page: www.williamwalker.returnsportal.online

You can either obtain a paid return shipping label through our returns portal or send the package back with a carrier of your choice. We recommend shipping it as an insured package with a tracking number via DHL, UPS, or GLS to the following address:

To ensure that your return is correctly assigned, please include your delivery note with your order. Once your return has been received, it will be processed within 14 days. The information sheet regarding the returns policy can be downloaded here.

Additional Information for Returns from a Non-EU Country

Please note that returns from a non-EU country must be declared as such. If incorrect labeling results in the return being accepted only upon payment of a fee, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or deduct the incurred costs from the refund amount. 

Return Policy for Switzerland

Simply return the goods within 14 days of receipt, unused and in the original packaging, to receive a refund of the purchase price. Depending on how your package was delivered, the registration of the return will be done via a different portal:

For small packages (delivered by Swiss Post):
Our partner MyOrderGate will send you an email with a link through which you can register your return. Registration is mandatory, as otherwise we cannot re-import your package back to Germany. You can find further information here.

For large packages (delivered by DHL Express):
For shipments delivered by DHL Express, please register your return via the returns portal of William Walker. The corresponding access can be found at: www.williamwalker.returnsportal.online

The following costs apply for providing the return labels, which will be deducted from the refund:

Packages up to 2 kg: 20 CHF
Packages over 2 kg: 30 CHF

Note:
The choice of the returns portal is determined automatically based on the carrier that delivered your package – a free choice is not possible. This means that even if you wish to return only part of your order (e.g., just a collar), the regulation for the entire package applies. For example, if the package was delivered by DHL Express, you must use the William Walker portal. Each package also includes an information sheet with further details on the return process.

If you want to exchange a product, please return your product as described above and simply place a new order for the desired product.
